Some places we’ve been…

The annual Welcome Ramadan Conference is designed to prepare the British public for the onset of Ramadan.

This year, we partnered with Bradford 2025, UK City Of Culture to host Welcome Ramadan Conference at St George’s Hall, Bradford.

This year we explored how faith, culture and shared human values connect us – with a panel of inspirational scholars, activists, community leaders and change makers.

Open Iftar, a cornerstone initiative of the Ramadan Tent Project, has brought together over one million people across the UK. This milestone was achieved in some of Britain’s most cherished cultural venues, highlighting the project’s commitment to fostering community, inclusivity, and cultural exchange during Ramadan.

It stands as the UK’s largest and acclaimed community event during Ramadan, with venues ranging from Stamford Bridge to Manchester Cathedral, Shakespeare’s Globe, Kings College Cambridge, BALTIC, British Library, Battersea Power Station and more.

Join us at iconic landmarks across the UK and be part of the unforgettable Open Iftar magic, where we turn strangers into friends!

Fast a Day is an initiative aimed at businesses, offices, and corporates who want to host a small Iftar gathering on their premises to raise awareness and understanding around the month of Ramadan. Fast a Day encourages executives, staff, the local community, and the wider business network to join in fasting a day of their choice during Ramadan, allowing them to experience the magic of Open Iftar in an office setting.

We successfully hosted Fast a Day during Ramadan 2024 at Foxtons, Ogilvy UK, British Land PLC, and 22 Bishopsgate in London.

If you would like to organise a Fast a Day event for Ramadan 2026, contact us now!
